Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover the purchase and delivery of limited edition prints and paintings by Chloe Yandell from this site. By using this website, these Terms apply to your use of it.

To contact me about any aspect of purchasing your print or painting, please use the Contact Form and I will be in touch soon.

Sales

Prints and paintings can both be ordered for delivery via this website.

Payments are taken via Stripe.

Delivery

Mainland UK orders

Limited Edition Prints will be delivered unframed and wrapped in acid-free tissue paper in a secure cardboard tube. Paintings are framed and securely wrapped.

Prints will be shipped in the UK by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 5 working days. Paintings will be delivered by DHL courrier.

If you live locally in Bath (BA1 or BA2 postcodes), I offer free delivery. Please use the Contact Form to get in touch before you purchase through this site.

International orders

For the United States paintings will be shipped by UPS.

For other International orders, please contact me via the Contact Form.

Delivery Charges

£80.00 in Mainland UK on all painting orders.

£10.00 in Mainland UK on unframed print orders.

If you have not received your order within 10 days, please let me know via the Contact Form (Mainland UK)

£230 for United States on all painting orders.
